Extending : Themes

Improve how it looks.

The approach to themes for Phire CMS is a bit different. With themes, we really focus on how the site looks, not so much on how it functions (that's reserved for plugins.) That way, a designer who might not be comfortable just yet mucking around in PHP only has to worry about designing the site and building out the front-end document structure with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Themes really do serve more as a true "skin" to the site's look and feel and can easily be interchanged as such.

Obviously, since Phire was just launched, there are but only a couple of basic themes available, but, hopefully this will change once the Phire Developer Center launches.
