Errors after downloading plugins

After downloading and installing the plugins via the admin facility I now have a problem. The installed plugins display in the Extensions/plugins list, however if I click on any of the plugins I get the following errors:

The same problem occurs after clicking on any plugin.

It's hard to say w/o being able to access your server directly, but it looks like there might be a server setting that is throwing it off. You can see that it's trying to access a URL a '/500.shtml' - which some ISPs or servers use as their "Server Error" page. So whatever that issue is, is causing each plugin to fail and trigger a 500 server error. Are you running Apache? Can you look into the server logs and see if there's hints in there?
